In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the big233 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the conditions below:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. big233 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are accessing big233 on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on big233 at any given time. The registration and use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, bank accounts, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
5. Non-Employee Status: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of big233 staff are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

To access the Services offered by big233, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and primary contact number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify big233 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. big233 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
3. Password Requirements: Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters, combining letters and numbers. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
4. Account Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, lend, or otherwise transfer your big233 account or any funds held therein to any third party.
5. Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. big233 may apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive accounts after providing 30 days' written notice by email.

big233 processes all financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation of receipt. big233 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and subject to forfeiture.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification (see Clause 8).
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, subject to daily processing caps.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Actual processing time depends on your chosen payment method and bank processing schedules.
• big233 does not guarantee same-day withdrawals during public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day — 17 August, and Nyepi). Processing may be delayed during these periods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. big233 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawals to new payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity; or (c) bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on big233, including sports betting (football, badminton, MotoGP), live casino, togel (traditional lottery games), sabung ayam (live cockfighting arena), bandar bola (football bookmaking), and all other game types:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by our system and a unique bet ID has been issued. Bets remain pending until settlement. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance; big233 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each market or game interface. These limits may vary by game type, event, and account tier. big233 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
3. Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of your bet submission are not guaranteed; the final accepted odds will be shown in your bet confirmation.
4. Voided Bets: big233 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: system errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors, match abandonment or cancellation, force majeure events, or any circumstance that mater ially affects the integrity of the event or market.
5. In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets, with the additional condition that once a live bet is submitted and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Results are determined by official event data providers.
6. Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event or game round. For football markets, extra time and penalty shootouts are included only where explicitly stated in the market description.
7. Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets: Mix parlay (multi-selection accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any single selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection. Partial cash-out may be available on selected markets.

big233 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified members in good standing. big233 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of abuse or manipulation.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by big233 carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotion description at the time of offer.
3. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports bets at variable rates depending on the odds. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or for which the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
6. Abuse and Fraud: big233 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralize risk while satisfying wagering requirements (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or colluding with other players. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
7. VIP and Loyalty Rewards: Members enrolled in the big233 VIP program receive cashback, reload bonuses, and expedited withdrawals as part of their tier benefits. VIP rewards are issued at the discretion of big233 and are subject to the general bonus terms above unless a separate written agreement applies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on big233. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, data-mining tools, or any software designed to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided and funds returned to the original balance.
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Money laundering — using big233 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the source of funds.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically placing bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, thereby exploiting pricing discrepancies.
• Colluding with other players or big233 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward big233 customer support staff or other users.

big233 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud and financial crime. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. The following requirements apply:

1. When Verification is Required: KYC verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. We may also request verification at any time if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity or if your cumulative deposit or withdrawal volume exceeds internal thresholds.
2. Required Documents: We may request one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM/driver's license); proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your OVO, DANA, GoPay, or bank account showing your name).

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses resulting from: (a) any unauthorized access to your account; (b) interruptions or downtime of the platform; (c) technical errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and others).
• Any decisions or actions taken by third-party game providers, sporting bodies, or data feed suppliers that affect the settlement of bets placed on big233.
• Any loss arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, network outages, or power failures.

big233's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, for any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that User into their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

All intellectual property on the big233 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design elements, software, source code, game assets, text, graphics, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of big233 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other game studios). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes.

You may not: reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on big233 without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of big233's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

big233 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, big233 collects personal information including your name, contact details, payment information, and usage data for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. We use industry-standard encryption (256-bit SSL) to protect all data in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to process your transactions (e.g., sharing your bank details with BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri to process a withdrawal).

Either party may terminate the User's account and the agreement arising from these Terms at any time:

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and settlement of pending bets) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
• By big233: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7; (c) court order or law enforcement request; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (e) reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to big233.

Upon termination by big233 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and disputed funds may be forfeited at our discretion pending investigation.

big233 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered users via email to their registered address with at least 7 days' advance notice.

Your continued use of the big233 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which big233 holds its international gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement.

Notwithstanding the above, big233 acknowledges that its primary user base resides in Indonesia and that Indonesian consumer protection principles inform our operational practices. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
